The Agony & The Ecstasy... sometimes though the dream doesn't quite meet expectations. What does though?
Tweaking and assessment time:
- Do I feel comfortable
- Photo time.. look at what others see
- Hem - does it need to be raised
- A-line dresses are lovely but taper is better for me
- Does the outfit fully represent me
- Does it work well in my Wardrobe
- Could I make an extra garment to give more wardrobe options
- Do I really love it?
- Does it make me smile or feel like dancing?
- Would I buy it?
Imagining, Sewing, Wearing, Feeling authentic ... there's more to sewing than meets the eye!! Finding an activity that sparks interest, commitment and takes you on a journey of a lifetime, is what Sewing means to me.
What gets your heart beating? If it's not Sewing and you aren't sure.... don't give up. Finding your Niche is a Quest that is worth pursuing. Find it. Do more of it. Get excited and focused on enjoying your life more. Just do it!
